Watson's Auction Service

We began as Delaware's first fulltime property appraisal, auction and real estate company. Our business has been built on integrity, experience, expertise, continuing education and a commitment to excellence for all of our valued customers. Our company is presently retained by several attorneys, CPA's and executors. We are happy to provide assistance in the settlement of estates and personal property at either our modern 14,000 square foot auction gallery in Milford or at your location. Our services include the preparation of auction catalogs as well as advertising service either locally, regionally or nationally. We also provide appraisals for estates, personal property and insurance purposes. Our customer base is constantly growing and expanding (currently we have over 4500 registered bidders for our auctions).

In 1997, our real estate division branched off into a new company, RE/MAX Twin Counties which is managed by my wife, Donna. There are nine agents on staff to assist you with the marketing of your real estate. Our real estate service is growing daily, with listings consisting of acreage, lots, houses, new construction as well as business and commercial properties.

Over the past year, we have expanded our real estate team, added auction assistants and expanded our auction houses to accommodate the large amount of business we handle. We are pleased to bring 300-500 people to the greater downtown Milford area for our auctions. We pride ourselves on being...small enough to know you, large enough to serve you!

Donna's specialty is working with home sellers in Delaware to help them obtain the highest and best price for their property. She also handles all of the advertising for our clients. Donna is a CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist), ABRC (Accredited Buyers Rep.), GRI (Graduate Of The Realtors Institute and in 2001 became the licensed Broker for our office. Donna stays current with all Real Estate trends by attending Howard Britons Star Power Conferences all across the country.

Glenn has been a licensed auctioneer since 1976 and licensed realtor since 1994. His expertise in the industry and knowledge with Delaware real estate will give home buyers and sellers a unique edge.
